A few years ago I was sitting in Nigeria wondering if making money online was actually real — or just something people in other countries talked about. I’d seen people mention blogging and Google AdSense, but I couldn’t find any honest, straightforward guide written for someone in my situation. Starting from zero, with no budget, no connections, and no technical background.
So I figured it out through trial and error. Failed AdSense applications, blog posts that got no traffic for months, and plenty of mistakes I wish someone had warned me about. Eventually things started to click, and today I earn consistently from blogging.
Why I Built ProAdGuides
I built this site because I couldn’t find the resource I needed when I was starting out. ProAdGuides exists to give beginners — especially those based in Nigeria and across Africa — a clear, honest, and practical guide to blogging, Google AdSense, and making money online.
Everything published here comes from real experience. Not theory, not recycled advice — actual lessons from doing this myself over two-plus years.
